24.156.804 APPLICATION FOR A TELEMEDICINE LICENSE (1) An applicant for a telemedicine license shall: (a) complete and return an application on a form approved by the board, together with accompanying documentation specified in 37-3-344, MCA; (b) submit an application fee pursuant to ARM 24.156.805; (c) submit proof of current malpractice or professional negligence insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000; and (d) satisfy all of the requirements set forth in 37-3-345, MCA.
