(1) In certain instances where the mail ballot election option is being used, certain electors may vote in person at a designated location. These instances may include voting by:
(a) an elector who will be absent from his place of residence during the conduct of the election;
(b) nonregistered but otherwise qualified electors;
(c) electors requesting a replacement ballot; and
(d) reactivating electors or late registrants.
(2) Any elector voting in person shall proceed as provided in section 16 of the Act.
