10.54.3610    COMMUNICATION ARTS SPEAKING AND LISTENING CONTENT STANDARD 1

(1) To satisfy the requirements of communication arts speaking and listening content standard 1, a student must know and understand the role of the communication process and demonstrate effective speaking and listening skills.
