37.115.1801    REVIEW OF NONCONFORMING SPECIALTY POOLS AND WATER FEATURES

(1) The department may approve specialty water pools and water features not specifically addressed in these rules if, upon its plan review, the department determines that the design complies with all substantive requirements of these rules or any other applicable federal or state laws or rules and presents no public health and safety concerns.
