2.21.913    DISABILITY RETIREMENT

(1) An employee who is disabled, may be eligible for a disability retirement through the public employees' retirement division (PERD) or another applicable retirement system. Requirements for the administration of the public employees' retirement system are found at 19-3-101 et seq., MCA, and ARM 2.43.101 et seq.
