24.7.316    INTERESTED PARTY

(1) An interested party is defined at ARM 24.11.207.

(2) An interested party is entitled to receive notice of Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board proceedings as well as a copy of the board's decision. The board shall provide an interested party an opportunity to participate in the board's hearing on the appeal. An interested party may petition for review of a board decision by the district court.
