(1) Application fee $ 200

(2) Examination 350

(3) Reexamination 350

(4) Renewal 180

(5) Inactive renewal 90

(6) Sanitarian-in-training application fee 200

(7) Sanitarian-in-training (NEHA registered) application fee 100

(8) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(9) All fees are nonrefundable.

(10) The board may approve an outside vendor to administer exams; in those cases, there is a vendor fee set by the exam vendor. Current fee amounts for the sanitarian examination are available at the board office.

(11) Examination and reexamination fees in (2) and (3) apply only to those exams given in paper format at the board office.
