(1) Reimbursement for the provision of services or items funded through the Part C Early Intervention Services Program is available in accordance with the criteria and procedures appearing in the Part C State Plan entered into between the department and the U.S. Department of Education and in the contract between the DDP and a provider for the delivery of Part C funded services.
