(1) The department will establish a hotline to receive complaint information concerning the Marijuana Program. Complaints may also be submitted to the department utilizing the complaint form on the department's web site at www.dphhs.mt.gov/marijuana.

(2) The department will submit the complaint information to the appropriate agency or entity.

(3) Anonymous complaints will not be considered.
