10.53.102    INDIAN EDUCATION

(1) Curriculum and instruction of the content standards ARM 10.53.101 shall incorporate the distinct and unique cultural heritage of Montana American Indians pursuant to Article X Sect 1(2) of the Constitution of the state of Montana and 20-1-501 and 20-9-309(2)(c), MCA.
