24.156.2775    MANAGEMENT OF INFECTIOUS WASTES

(1) Each ECP licensed by the board shall store, transport off the premises, and dispose of infectious wastes as defined in 75-10-1003, MCA, in accordance with the requirements set forth in 75-10-1005, MCA.

(2) Used sharps shall be properly packaged and labeled within the meaning of 75-10-1005, MCA, as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
