20.9.706    EMERGENCY RELEASE BY SUPERINTENDENT

(1) If a facility exceeds its rated capacity, the superintendent has the authority to release certain eligible youthful offenders from the facility pursuant to facility policy, with notice to the community corrections division of the department.
