24.201.2148 VERIFICATION (1) Permit holders notified that they have been randomly selected for an audit of their basic CPE requirement must comply with the deadline for submitting documentation. (2) Only documentation as outlined in ARM 24.201.2124, in support of the basic CPE requirement, shall be submitted. Individuals may submit documentation of up to 150 hours if they so choose, to make sure the basic requirement is substantiated in the audit.
