23.16.1910 RESTRICTIONS ON OPTIONAL GAME FORMAT OR FEATURES (1) The department shall determine what optional features may be allowed and such features must be approved by the department prior to inclusion in a machine's game format. For video poker machines the department will evaluate only those draw poker, stud poker, and hold'em games described in the authority references identified in the department's card game rules.
