24.154.420 NONRESIDENT LICENSED ADDICTION COUNSELOR SERVICES (1) Nonresident licensed addiction counselors (LACs) may render activities or services to individuals, groups, corporations, or the public on a limited basis as provided in 37-35-201, MCA. (2) If the provision of such services allowable by 37-35-201, MCA, exceeds ten days within any calendar year, the nonresident LAC shall report the nature and extent of the activity or service to the board on a board-approved form.
