(1) The public is invited and welcome to visit any of Montana's local employment offices and the central division office in Helena at any time during office hours and to meet with and inquire of personnel as to any matters concerning the operation of such facility.  Should an extended conference be desired, a reasonable notice in advance shall be sent to the division's administrator naming the person to be consulted, the date of a proposed meeting and the general subject matter to be discussed.
