24.138.408    SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND QUALITY OF CARE

(1) The licensees' primary obligation of service to the public shall include the delivery of quality care, competently and timely, within the bounds of the clinical circumstances presented by the patient. Quality of care shall be a primary consideration of the professional practitioner.
