(1) The licensing examination shall be the national board examination of the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards and in addition, the statutes and rules under Title 37, chapter 19, MCA, pertinent portions of Title 46, chapter 4, MCA, relating to county coroner's duties, Title 50, chapter 15, MCA, relating to vital statistics and the rules of the Montana state Department of Public Health and Human Services covering registration of deaths, embalming, transportation, disposition of dead human bodies and funeral directing.
(2) A grade of 75 percent must be obtained to pass the statutes and rules examination.
