24.162.401    QUORUM

(1) A majority of the voting members of the board shall constitute a quorum.

(2) Unless otherwise specifically provided by statute, a majority of all the voting members to which the board is entitled shall constitute a quorum to transact business, and the concurrence of a majority of all the voting members to which the board is entitled shall be necessary to make any action of the board valid.
