24.162.403    SUBMITTALS AND REQUESTS

(1) All applications, certificates, or other papers or documents required to be filed with the board shall be filed in the office of the board at Helena, Montana, within such time limits as prescribed by law, rules or by order of the board; and similarly, request for public information, copies of official documents, or opportunity to inspect public records shall be made to the board office in writing.
