1.3.215    MODEL RULE 11 CONTESTED CASES, INFORMAL DISPOSITION

(1) Informal disposition of contested cases is permissible pursuant to 2-4-603, MCA.

(2) Any informal proceedings must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of 2-4-604, MCA.

(3) An informal conference, in the nature of a pretrial conference, may be used to define issues, determine witnesses and agree upon stipulations.
