24.171.402    EFFECT OF FEE FOR EXPANSION OF NET CLIENT HUNTER USE

(1) Upon approval by the board of an expansion on net client hunter use, the expansion will not become effective until the date payment is received pursuant to the provisions of 37-47-318 , MCA.
