10.57.217 APPEAL PROCESS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY (1) Decisions of the Superintendent of Public Instruction on matters of professional development unit activity or provider status may be appealed to the Board of Public Education pursuant to ARM 10.57.603.
