24.210.1013    TIMESHARE LICENSURE FOR NONRESIDENTS

(1) Nonresidents may license in this state by meeting the qualifications of the statutes and rules. An irrevocable consent to service of process, in form prescribed by and available from the board, shall be required of each nonresident license applicant.
