24.210.1029    TIMESHARE REGISTRATION DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

(1) The right to cancel any agreement for the purchase of a timeshare, as required in the disclosure document pursuant to 37-53-303 , MCA, shall, in addition to the statutory requirements, include the correct mailing address of the developer or the developer's agent, the correct street address of the developer or the developer's agent, and shall be accompanied by a prepared legal document that will effectively cancel the agreement.
