24.210.435    INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE

(1) For the purposes of investigating the actions of a licensee or license applicant, the board may appoint a fact finding committee to assist in determining whether there is probable cause to believe that a statute or rule has been violated by a licensee, or that an application should be denied.

(2) The function of this committee is to analyze licensee's actions even when no complaint has been filed and further to assist the public in determining the validity of a complaint. The committee shall make recommendations to the board relative to cause for a formal hearing.
