24.210.603    APPLICATION FOR EXAMINATION -- SALESPERSON AND BROKER

(1) Applicants for examination for licensure as salespersons or brokers must make application on forms approved by the board and accompanied by the required fee.

(2) All applications must be legible, accurate and fully completed.

(3) In addition to all other requirements, applications for examination and successful completion of examination are prerequisites to application for license, except as provided in ARM 24.210.610.

(4) All applications for examination shall remain valid for a period not to exceed 12 months from the date of application. Failure to take the examination within that time shall terminate the application. Thereafter the applicant must begin the application process over.

(5) Approval of an application for examination shall not constitute approval of an application for license.
