24.25.306    NOTICE OF UNIT DETERMINATION PROCEEDINGS

(1) The division shall require the employer to post in a con- spicuous manner a notice of unit determination proceedings. Such notice shall be provided by the division and shall remain posted for a period of 20 days.

(2) The employer shall confirm in writing to the division that it has received, posted, and shall continue posting of the notice for the required 20 days.
