24.25.606    BALLOTS

(1) The rank order of the employee organization names to be placed on the ballot will be determined during the pre-election hearing. "No Representation" will always be listed as the last choice.

(2) Only those labor organizations which have been designated by more than ten percent of the employees in the unit shall be placed on the ballot.

(3) Absentee ballots shall not be allowed.
