24.26.661    POLL WATCHERS

(1) Each party to the election shall be entitled to be represented by an equal number of observers watching at each polling place when the election is held on-site. The failure or refusal of one party to send an observer to a polling place does not infringe on the right of another party to send an observer to that place. Observers shall be employees eligible to vote, or in the case of employer's observers, shall be any appropriate persons who are not on the list of eligible voters. Each party may observe the ballot counting.
