10.54.3811    BENCHMARK FOR MEDIA LITERACY CONTENT STANDARD 1 FOR END OF GRADE 4

(1) The benchmark for media literacy content standard 1 for a student at the end of grade 4 is the ability to recognize that media messages are constructed for specific purposes (e.g., entertain, persuade, inform) .
