32.3.307    DEPARTMENT ORDERED PSEUDORABIES TESTING

(1) The department may, at any time, order the official testing or retesting of animals for the presence of pseudorabies if it considers such tests necessary to prevent the introduction or spread of pseudorabies.

(2) Orders shall state the approximate number and location of the animals and shall be signed by the state veterinarian or any designated deputy state veterinarian.
