37.111.1002    PRECONSTRUCTION REVIEW

(1) Every person planning to construct or develop a public bathing area shall file a copy of the plans with the department for review and approval before construction is begun.

(2) Information relative to any changes in management or ownership of such public bathing places shall be given to the department.
