37.34.930    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: HOMEMAKER SERVICES, REQUIREMENTS

(1) A homemaker must be:

(a) able to follow written instructions;

(b) able to communicate by the telephone; and

(c) able to maintain records appropriate to the job assignment.
