37.34.933    MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: PERSONAL CARE SERVICES, DEFINITIONS

(1) Personal care services are defined in ARM 46.12.555, except that under the medicaid home and community services program personal care services may include supervision for health and safety reasons.
