37.88.201    LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK SERVICES, DEFINITIONS

(1) Licensed clinical social work services are those services provided by a licensed clinical social worker which are within the scope of practice permitted by Title 37, chapter 22, MCA, and covered under the provisions of these rules.
