37.95.1016    DAY CARE FACILITIES CARING FOR INFANTS, EQUIPMENT

(1) Feeding tables equipped with a harness or highchairs with a broad base and a harness for securing the child, shall be provided for every four children.

(2) The facility shall provide, adequate and safe equipment such as walkers, swings, playpens, jump chairs, and adult rocking chairs. All equipment must meet current federal safety regulations.
