37.95.172    DAY CARE FACILITIES: SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES

(1) Care-givers must supervise children at all times.

(2) The provider and all care-givers shall be responsible for direct care, protection, supervision, and guidance of children through active involvement or direct observation.
