(1)  Certified farm applicators may request the department to issue credentials to two members of his immediate family or employees allowing them to purchase and use pesticides under the applicator's certificate and supervision.  A person in possession of such credentials shall only purchase for use and application restricted use pesticides for which the farm applicator is qualified and may only use such pesticides upon lands owned, rented, or leased by the farm applicator.
