12.3.628 CONVERSION OF LICENSE TYPE (1) A resident who has purchased a bear, deer, elk, bird, or fishing license may request a refund by returning the license to the Helena office or a regional office at the time of application for a class AAA combination license. (2) A resident who purchases a class A-8 license may request a refund by returning the license to the Helena office or a regional office at the time of application for a class A license. (3) A nonresident who has purchased a season bird, season fishing, or deer license may request a refund by returning the license to the Helena office at the time of application for a B-10 or B-11 license.
