12.8.801 DEFINITIONS (1) "Board" means the Montana State Parks and Recreation Board. (2) "Department" means the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. (3) "Director" means the director of the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. (4) "Division Administrator" means the administrator of the State Parks Division of the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks. (5) "State park" means any land under the administration of the State Parks Division of the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
