12.8.819 SMOKING (1) Smoking is prohibited: (a) in areas where smoking has been posted as prohibited to protect park resources or reduce fire risk; (b) during park-sponsored special events or programs within a state park such as guided hikes and outdoor interpretive programs; and (c) in any other area so designated by the park manager.
