12.8.820 RESTRICTED AREAS AND NIGHT CLOSURES (1) Entering any restricted area of a state park is prohibited. (2) State parks may post opening and closing hours. (3) State parks where camping is not allowed are open from sunrise to sunset unless otherwise authorized. (4) The division administrator may close portions of a state park to the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages for purposes of public health or safety.
