17.53.901 ADOPTION OF FEDERAL INTERIM STATUS STANDARDS FOR OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES (40 CFR 265) (1) Except as provided otherwise in ARM 17.53.902, the department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR 265, pertaining to interim status standards for owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facilities.
