17.24.833 AUGER MINING: REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMIT (1) No permit may be issued for any operation that includes auger mining, unless the department finds, in writing, that, in addition to meeting all other applicable requirements of rules adopted pursuant to the Act, the operations will be conducted in compliance with ARM 17.24.831 and 17.24.832.
