17.38.213 STAGE 2 DISINFECTION BYPRODUCTS REQUIREMENTS (1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart V, which sets forth the requirements for monitoring and other requirements for achieving compliance with maximum contaminant levels based on running annual averages for disinfection byproducts.
