23.15.204 NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSITION (1) The unit will notify the appropriate law enforcement agencies and prosecuting attorneys for the disposition of the claim if restitution is ordered by a court. Upon request, the unit will provide a copy of the determination or order and any necessary supporting documents to the appropriate criminal justice agency or court.
