23.16.2303 EQUIPMENT EXAMINATION FEE (1) A manufacturer shall submit to the department a prototype of his electronic live bingo or keno equipment as provided in 23-5-425 , MCA. At the time the equipment is submitted for examination, the manufacturer shall pay a fee of $2,000. (2) Based on the actual cost incurred by the department in examining the equipment, the department shall refund any overpayment of the fee or collect an amount sufficient to reimburse the department for any underpayment of actual costs.
