24.174.1701 DEFINITIONS (1) "Authorized user" means a prescriber, pharmacist, Board of Pharmacy staff, Montana Medicare or Medicaid programs, Tribal Health, Indian Health Service, and Veterans Affairs. (2) "Authorized agent" means a designated person authorized access by an authorized user. An authorized agent for a pharmacist must be a pharmacy intern or certified pharmacy technician.
