24.30.2503 DEFINITIONS (1) "Department" means the department of labor and industry. (2) "Employee" means any person defined as an employee in the Workers' Compensation Act, 39-71-118 , MCA. (3) "Employer" means any person or business entity defined as an employer in the Workers' Compensation Act, 39-71-117 , MCA.
